Like attachment | CalcuSyn will automatically produce Fa : CI plots, isobolograms etc. It will not automatically produce Fa : DRI plots but will provide you with all the data you need in the Report to create this plot. The type of isobolograms available will depend on the type of combination experiment performed. CalcuSyn graphs are report quality only but the program supplies all the data you need to be able to replot the graphs in a more sophisticated graphics package for publication etc. if required.
